【Outline】
Between 1970’s and 1980’s, interferometer with laser beam started being utilizing.
In 1974, IBM released Brunning, with computer high precision, from 1990, base of measuring for high-precision optical parts.
However, this phase shift method has many points of problems such as necessities of measurement and standstill
Therefore, in this report, Kiyohara Optics Inc. introduces one of the solutions to these problems, about momental phase shift interferometer.
